Justin Bieber Shows Off Abs While Surfing In Australia, Gets New Tattoo: Picture

Nothing like burning some calories before indulging in a big feast! One day before Thanksgiving, Justin Bieber took to the waves -- and showed off his washboard abs! -- while surfing in Australia on Wednesday, Nov. 27. The 19-year-old pop star enjoyed some of his downtime at Wategos Beach in Byron Bay.

The "Boyfriend" singer went shirtless and wore oversized, black beach shorts for the surfing adventure. He showed off several of his tattoos and kept his shaggy locks swept back off his face as he was joined by a few friends. The afternoon outing took place just one day after Bieber performed his first Believe concert in Brisbane.

Two days later, the "Love Me" singer revealed another surprise besides his surfing skills -- a new tattoo! "Great show again in Sydney. Love Australia. Thank u. Melbourne is next. I have something special to take care of there. #believe," he tweeted on Friday, Nov. 29. He added: "Just got off stage bout to get tatted."

On Nov. 30, the "As Long As You Love Me" entertainer shared an Instagram photo while in the middle of getting his new ink. In the photo, Bieber went shirtless and looked tired as he got an eagle tattooed on his left shoulder.

Jesse Metcalfe Goes Shirtless, Fiancee Cara Santana Shows Off Bikini Body In Mexico: Picture

Wisteria Lane's sexy gardner is back. Jesse Metcalfe and his fiancee Cara Santana were spotted vacationing over the holidays at the Villa del Palmar in Cancun, Mexico on Wednesday, Nov. 27.

Metcalfe, 34, was seen shirtless during a sunny stroll, as he held hands with bikini-clad Santana. Both wearing sunglasses, the Dallas actor showed off his left arm tattoos as he wore blue and white striped bathing suit shorts and rocked a scruff. Santana, meanwhile, wore a red bikini and wore her brunette locks down.

While on vacation, the two also went on a tour of the ancient ruins of Tulum, tanned on bali beds, and enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner on the beach. 

The couple of over five years also brought along their dog Dexter for the getaway. "This is what I'm thankful for...@caraasantana #HappyThankgiving from @vdpcancun @ Villa del Palmar," the Desperate Housewives alum tweeted. "#Dexter loves the butler service @vdpcancun LOL!!! Thx, Oscar! #resortlife @caraasantana."

Us Weekly exclusively broke news in January 2012 that the couple were engaged. The two currently have been living in Los Angeles together for over four years.

Nina Agdal Flaunts Toned Body in Teeny Bikini, Kisses The Wanted's Max George: Picture

Summer's over, but things between Nina Agdal and Max George are still sizzling. The too-hot-to-handle couple steamed up the beach in Barbados on Thursday, Nov. 28, as they packed on the PDA while soaking up some sun. Stunning! See more pics of the hot couple.

Sports Illustrated stunner Agdal, 21, showed off her slim, toned body in a barely there printed bikini. Her boyfriend, meanwhile, looked buff in nothing but a pair of black swim trunks.

At one point during the tropical getaway, the hands-on pair were spotted making out as they stood on the beach. They also enjoyed some jet-skiing and swimming in the ocean.

"I could get used to these kinda mornings," the model tweeted on Nov. 27, along with a photo of her on a balcony, a rainbow arched above her head. One day later, she shared a snapshot of herself and George (a member of the band The Wanted) outfitted with flippers and snorkeling masks. "Spearfishing 4 life yo," she captioned the funny pic.

Prior to hooking up with George, 25, Agdal dated Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine. They split in June of this year, and he proposed to Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo just a few weeks later.

"No, it didn't [teach me about love]. I am 21 years old, and I don't think anyone who is 21 knows what love is about yet," the Sports Illustrated 2012 "Rookie" told Ocean Drive magazine of her breakup from Levine. "I think love just happens. It happened to [Adam and Behati], and I'm happy for them."

Miranda Lambert Slams Weight Loss Surgery Rumors After Revealing Skinnier Body

This "White Liar" singer is calling out a big, fat lie. Country music megastar Miranda Lambert took to her personal blog Four the Record on Monday, Nov. 25 to slam a story that alleged that she underwent weight loss surgery to achieve her talked-about new figure. Blake Shelton's wife, 30, shared with fans: "Though I NEVER care what the tabloids have to say about me… I wanted to address this certain story they are running this week and set the record straight. I DID NOT have surgery to lose weight," she said up front. The fiery singer added, "That is ridiculous. I lost my weight the healthy and good old fashioned way. Watching what I eat and working out with my trainer Bill Crutchfield."

 

The Texas native first flaunted her significantly skinnier physique in a little black dress at the BMI Country Awards in Nashville, Tenn. on Tuesday, Nov. 5. The following night, at the Country Music Awards, Lambert continued to bask in her toned body in a brilliant blue Roberto Cavalli gown with a plunging neckline and sequin detailing. She looked so good, her husband took to his Twitter and wrote, "My wife is so hot it's ridiculous."

In her Monday post, Lambert dished that she did not know how many pounds she had lost in the process of dieting and working out. "Like I have always said, it’s not about a scale, it’s about how you feel and how your jeans fit. And on November 10th when I turned 30, my skinny jeans were finally baggy! Mission accomplished!"

As for the bogus weight loss surgery story, the "Over You" singer had this message to relay: "So for anyone who is tempted to read the 'Trash Talk' please don't. I am proud to be a normal size girl and I want to encourage everyone to be confident at any size. Thanks for the support y'all!"

She's a genie in a bottle, and at the 2013 American Music Awards, Christina Aguilera decided it was time to come on and let her new shape out. The pop diva took to the red carpet in a stunning white cutout gown, showing off her new svelte shape. 

The Voice coach has been impressing fans and critics alike with her trim frame this season on her hit NBC competition show, but seeing the weight loss at the AMAs was especially shocking when compared to her look from last year's show. 

Fresh off the release of her album Lotus, Xtina took to the 2012 AMAs in a lavender gown and a platinum blond bob wig. She received harsh criticism for the curve-loving look and even more for her eccentric performance of the dance anthem "Let There Be Love."

Kim Kardashian Wear Curve-Hugging, Short Black Dress With Large Tassels While Out With Kanye West

Simple New York street style? There's no such thing when it comes to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. The high-profile couple were spotted out in the city once again on Nov. 23, this time dressed to the nines and heading to West's Madison Square Garden concert. 

Kardashian, 33, wore a skin-tight black velour Gareth Pugh dress that hugged all of her curves and came up to her upper thigh. Recently she's been showing off plenty of cleavage in sheer tops, but this dress came with a high neckline, choosing instead to show off her legs on a night when temperatures got down to below freezing.

The reality star paired the look with some intense, lace-up black Gianvitto Rossi stilettos. Fiance Kanye West was close behind his bride-to-be, wearing black leather pants and a bright red blazer with a baroque-style pattern. 

The couple was alone on Saturday night, but on Friday, Nov. 22 they were photographed taking daughter North West out to dinner at Lorraine Schwartz's apartment. 

Schwartz helped design Kardashian's gigantic engagement ring with West for his Oct. 21 proposal at San Francisco's AT&T park.

Ice ice baby! Eva Longoria covers the December issue of Elle Spain - completely nude - and coated in strategically-placed Swarovski crystals.

The Desperate Housewives alum, 38, admits that despite her enviable figure, she still frets over her body. With her flat abs and lean legs on display, Longoria told Elle Spain she was "insecure" about having to strip down for the issue: "The only fear I had before doing the [crystallized] cover was being naked," she added.

The cover was released days after her appearance at the Global Gift Gala in London on Tuesday, Nov. 19, where Longoria was a bit more covered up (but still sexy!) in a black, custom-tailored gown by friend Victoria Beckham.

How does she stay in such good shape? The actress told Yahoo's omg! in February, "I do diet and exercise. Some people think you can do one or the other, but it really goes hand in hand."

Rumer Willis Strips Down to Bra, Underwear in Risque Tyler Shields Photo Shoot

Rumer has it! Rumer Willis got down and dirty during a sexy outdoor photo shoot with celebrity photographer Tyler Shields on Thursday, Nov. 21. Stripping down to just a lacy bra and black thong underwear, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' eldest daughter posed seductively near what appears to be some kind of rock formation.

In one photo from the session, the 25-year-old redhead shows off her flat, toned abs and long legs as she kneels on the ground, her arms outstretched and holding onto some sort of rusty saw. "Getting my hands dirty at my shoot w/ @tylershields," she tweeted, along with a preview from the session. Shields later retweeted and replied to the post, writing, "Killed it!"

Another picture, this one in black and white, features the Sorority Row actress perched in profile on a rock. One leg is outstretched in front of her, the other is bent at the knee, and she's staring over her shoulder into the camera.

Prior to their breakup, the couple lived a relatively quiet, low-key life. "More than anything, we just spend a lot of time together," The New Normal actor Blair told Us of their relationship in June. Abigail Breslin Poses Topless in Racy Tyler Shields Photo Shoot: She "Wanted to Do Something New"

She's ready for her close-up! Abigail Breslin has come a long way since making her big-screen debut at age 5 in the M. Night Shymalan movie Signs. Case in point? These racy new pictures of the Academy Award-nominated actress posing topless for celeb photographer Tyler Shields, who directed her in the upcoming action/thriller Final Girl.

In one photo from the shoot, the 17-year-old star sucks on a bright red lollipop while staring sultrily into the camera and covering her bare chest with a white sheet. In another, she sits mostly submerged in a bubble bath, her eyes rimmed with smudged black eyeliner.

"Abigail wanted to do something new, something iconic," Shields, author of The Dirty Side of Glamour, tells Us Weekly. "People see her as innocent, but everyone grows up. After we made Final Girl together, we had a great relationship and it was easy to do this. She trusts me."

He adds that they endured a lot together on set. "I don't know if she gets nervous after the hell I put her through making the movie!" he jokes. "She was great about it. She's an incredible actress!" 

Her resume certainly supports that claim. Since earning an Oscar nomination at age 9 for Little Miss Sunshine, Breslin has gone on to star in movies including Definitely, Maybe, New Year's Eve, and Ender's Game. She also appears in the upcoming movie adaptation of August: Osage County, alongside Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Ewan McGregor, and other A-list actors.

"I wish I had some great story about the struggle of moving into the more adult roles, but I actually didn't," she said in an interview with ABC News in October. "I didn't have a big struggle with it at all. It's been pretty natural, the transition into the teen and adult realm."

It didn't just happen overnight, either. Though it seems as if Breslin has grown up fast, she's been in the business since she was 3 years old, and she's thinking now about if and where she wants to go to college. 

"My favorite thing in the world that me and my friends talk about is that I've been all grown up for about three years now," she joked to ABC. "Every single time I'm photographed anywhere, the headline is 'All Grown Up.' It's been about three years. I'm like, 'Okay, yeah, I'm all grown up.'"

Christina Aguilera Shows Off Toned Tummy, Thighs in Performance Outfit: See Her Sexy Voice Looks

What better platform to show off impressive weight loss than on one of the top-viewed shows on television? Christina Aguilera is taking full advantage of that fact with her comeback to The Voice. 

She took off season 4 last spring to promote her album Lotus, making way for Shakira to coach her own set of young hopefuls. But this fall she returned to her big red chair and The Voice stage, poised to snag her first win, and also looking better than ever. 

During the Nov. 19 live eliminations show, Xtina took to the stage with her two remaining artists,Jacquie Lee and Matthew Schuler, looking more fierce and fit than ever. Wearing knee-high lace up boots, and a long black dress coat, the pop diva showed off her toned thighs and tummy with silver-studded bottoms. Her hair was curled in a giant blond bob and she rocked smoky eyes. 

The trio rocked the stage with a mashup of Janet Jackson's "Black Cat" and Michael Jackson's "Scream" and "Bad."

When she left the stage and took her place on her red throne, the Grammy winner was sporting some impressive cleavage in a black bra and blazer. Last night Xtina had more to celebrate than her trim physique. Both of her artists made it through to the Top 8 of the competition, and with four weeks to go, the diva's team seems to be pretty tough to beat. Behati Prinsloo Shows Off Sexy Bikini Body in Victoria's Secret Shoot: Pictures

The temperatures are dropping and holiday decorations are going up, but Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo appears to be prepping for summertime. 

The 24-year-old Namibian bombshell was spotted on the beaches of St. Barts in several tiny bikinis, posing by the surf in a sexy photoshoot with Romanian model Andreea Diaconu. 

The ladies were shooting a campaign for the lingerie brand's swimsuit line, and looked sun kissed and ready to jump in the surf.

Adam Levine's fiancee seemed confident throughout the shoot, flaunting her toned abs in the sun. 

Though they've both had lots of travel and conflicting schedules with The Voice and Victoria's Secret, Levine and Prinsloo seem to be making time for one another. The Maroon 5 rocker attended the legendary Fashion Show -- where he once serenaded ex-girlfriend Anne V -- and led a standing ovation for his bride-to-be. 

Prinsloo attended several tour stops for Maroon 5 on their summer amphitheater tour in August. The couple got engaged in mid-July, just weeks after Levine was spotted with Danish swimsuit model Nina Agdal. The Grammy winner split with Agdal weeks before reuniting with Prinsloo and popping the question in a surprise proposal, and later told Agdal of the news via text.

Tropical getaway! Alyssa Milano was spotted enjoying a romantic vacation in Hawaii with husband David Bugliari on Sunday, Nov. 17. The 40-year-old actress showed off her beach bod in a bright blue swimsuit while going for a walk with her husband of four years.

Milano flaunted some cleavage in the low-cut one-piece, and accessorized with a matching blue and black sarong. During the beach stroll, she held hands with CAA agent Bulgiari, who wore red swim trunks and a blue-and-white striped hoodie.

It's unclear if the couple's son Milo, 2, joined his parents for the beach vacation. Milano recently told Us Weekly that her little boy loves to go everywhere with her.

Yikes! Courtney Stodden nearly suffered a wardrobe malfunction last weekend when she attended the 2013 Eagle & Badge Gala on Saturday, Nov. 16 in Los Angeles, wearing a skin-tight, cleavage-baring top.

The busty blonde, 19, who usually wears revealing clothing that brings attention to her big bust, did very little to change-up her style. For the conservative dinner, Stodden chose a black mini and dangerously low-cut, lace cami -- although she covered up her arms in a matching sweater. The former teen bride -- who married Doug Hutchison when she was 16 -- recently expressed to Bethenny Frankel that her outfit choices were her own prerogative. I think it's fair game," she said.

Heidi Montag, Angelina Jolie Used Same Plastic Surgeon For Breast Reduction, Reconstruction

Who knew that Heidi Montag and Angelina Jolie would ever have something in common? It turns out, the reality star and the Hollywood A-lister both received treatment from the same doctor this year. As Montag revealed to Us Weekly in its Nov. 18 issue, she recently removed her F-cup breast implants. Her doctor? Dr. Jay Orringer, who just so happens to be the same surgeon who helped Jolie with her breast reconstruction surgery after her mastectomy.

In 2010, the former Hills star went under the knife to get size-F breast implants, along with nine other procedures. But as she now tells Us, the surgery caused several health problems.

"I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body," the 27-year-old MTV alum told Us of her old implants. "They felt like bowling balls on my chest." Indeed, Montag decided this time around to downsize to a C-cup to help stop the back and neck problems and numbness in her arms that she previously was feeling.

As for Jolie, the Maleficent actress first opened up about her reconstructive surgery done by Dr. Orringer in a revealing New York Times Op-ed piece in May. The 38-year-old star underwent a preventive double mastectomy to remove both breasts and reduce her risk of cancer in February.

"I can tell my children that they don't need to fear they will lose me to breast cancer," she wrote of her six kids with fiance Brad Pitt at the time. "It is reassuring that they see nothing that makes them uncomfortable. They can see my small scars and that's it. Everything else is just Mommy, the same as she always was."

She continued: "I feel empowered that I made a strong choice that in no way diminishes my femininity." Since then, the Salt 2 star has been looking happy and healthy. She's currently in Sydney, Australia making her directing debut in the WWII film Unbroken.

In the variety of shots, Bundchen, 33, shows off her stunning -- and very slim -- physique. In each photo, she's showcased twice, but scantily clothed in one and completely baring all in the other. (Bundchen just gave birth to her son Benjamin less than a year ago!)

In the first photo, the stunning mom of two with husband Tom Brady interlocks her elbows in a mirror image. It shows Bundchen nude (except for sneakers!), covering her breast with her hand and concealing her other assets by kicking her left leg up. In the other, the model is wearing a black body suit with turquoise detail with matching black heels.

Christina Aguilera Looks Skinnier Than Ever at Voice Event, Has Awkward Moment About Her Boobs With Carson Daly

Her show is called The Voice, but it's Christina Aguilera's body that has everyone talking these days. The "How I Feel" singer, 32, looked skinnier than ever during an event celebrating The Voice's Top 12 contestants on Thursday, Nov. 7, at Universal Studios in L.A.

Posing on the red carpet with host Carson Daly and fellow judges Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green, and Blake Shelton, the petite blonde showed off her recent weight loss in tight black skinny jeans and a white blouse with silver beading. She added some height to her frame with sky-high platform peep-toes.

Asked about her slim-down secrets during the Q&A part of the evening, Aguilera answered vaguely, telling reporters she was just grateful to have had a break from the show to do her own thing. (The Burlesque star took the fourth season off to record a new album; she was temporarily replaced by Shakira.)

"You know, it's a lot of stagnant energy sitting in a chair for three years, and I was excited at the chance I got to finally have a break to spend time with my son and do things that fulfill me," the mom of one explained. (She has a 5-year-old little boy, Max, with ex-husband Jordan Bratman.) "Honestly, I feel like when you get a moment to just breathe, and experience life, especially as an artist, it's hard to sit down and not be an artist for a while and not be a mom." 

She continued: "It's life, you know, just being able to breathe and have time away [from] the camera to get to the nitty gritty of all things real and personal and appreciate life so you come back refreshed."

"You look incredible," Voice host Daly piped in. "We appreciate you kept your boobs."

"Oh. My. God," a taken-aback Aguilera replied as Daly continued to thank her for preserving at least a few of her curves. "Some things never change." Later, as she was leaving the stage, she added (somewhat ironically), "Thanks for that comment!"

Jaimie Alexander in Revealing Dress at Thor Premiere: Discover the Secret to Her Body!

Jaimie Alexander stole Thor's thunder at the star-studded Hollywood premiere of her new film on Monday, Nov. 4.

The actress, 29, ditched the undergarments on the red carpet of the Thor: The Dark World event wearing a revealing, black Azzaro Couture gown. The dress included a see-through panel, that ran vertically from her collarbone to the floor, exposing not only the up-and-coming star's backside, but her fantastic physique. It turns out that Alexander (also girlfriend to actor Peter Facinelli) had prepped for her golden moment by getting a spray tan, Us Weekly has exclusively learned.

The star got a St. Tropez spray tan ahead of her sexy red carpet appearance -- the purpose of it, to contour her body so that she would look extra good in her dress before the cameras. Fiona Locke, a St. Tropez skin finishing expert, gave Us more details on how the star got ready for her big night.

"Jaimie has an absolutely extraordinary figure, but with such a revealing dress, we did a custom St. Tropez Skin Finish to contour the body -- enhancing her natural shape and muscle tone,” explained Locke. And no wonder the actress worked with the red carpet with such ferocity: "Skin Finishing adds a layer of confidence to your skin, making you feel a little less naked."

For those who want to mimic Alexander's look, the tanning can actually be done at home using St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse. "After applying an even layer to the body, go back to the natural shadows created by muscle tone and add an additional layer of product, along the shadows to really carve out the detail of the muscle,” explains the tanning expert.

Locke adds, “Jaimie also had some natural tan lines that she wanted to conceal." To even out the film star's skin tone, Locke says she went back to these lighter areas and "added a second sweep of product to conceal any unwanted lines, creating gorgeous, even skin from head to toe.”

And voila: Bronzed perfection!

Jessica Simpson Smiles, Shows Off Slim Post-Baby Body Again in Weight Watchers Shoot: Pretty Photo

Hello Jessica! Jessica Simpson is showing off her post-baby body once again, and the result is simply stunning. The mother of two showed off her svelte body in a new picture while working with Weight Watchers on Friday, Nov. 8.

"Couldn't stop smiling on set for my new @weightwatchers campaign today! #happy," the 33-year-old wrote. Alongside the caption, a beaming Simpson is seen wearing dark jeans, boots and a tight-fitting white button down top while standing in a field. The singer and designer smiled with her mouth wide open, and with her beautiful blonde locks down in waves.

It isn't a surprise that Eric Johnson's fiancee is so thrilled with her new slimmed down figure. After all, the singer previously dropped 70 pounds after giving birth to Maxwell, 19 months, and has been dropping the weight once again since giving birth to son Ace in June.

"I'm a lot more confident this time around," the former Fashion Star mentor told Tumblr's MomFeeds blog in an interview in late October. "With Maxwell I didn't think about the weight I was gaining, and the first time I stepped on a scale and looked at the number...I mean, that wasn't a number I had ever even considered...and I was faced with a pretty serious truth," she revealed.

Back in August, Simpson was honest about her weight gain in an extensive interview with Us Weekly. "I am just one of those pregnant women who gains a lot of weight," she told Us. "I have really big boobs. I have my curves. Even trying as hard as I did with Ace, I still gained -- definitely not as much as with Maxwell, but still a significant amount."

And because of that, Simpson knew what to do next. "With a toddler on the run and an infant to look after I knew I needed a plan that's simple and fits into my life, along with the support that's so important to my success," she told MomFeeds. "I know Weight Watchers works, so I got on the plan again."

She's officially back! Jessica Simpson has debuted her official post-baby beach body via Twitter. The 33-year-old singer retweeted a sexy photograph of herself wearing a one-piece white bathing suit while gearing up to shoot ads for her Jessica Simpson Collection on Friday, Nov. 15.

"Guess which mama I get to play dress up with today?" her stylist Nicole Chavez wrote. Shortly after, Simpson retweeted the photo and added: ";) @JSCollection."

In the hazy photo, the former Fashion Star mentor shows off her svelte physique while sitting outside poolside in a cleavage-baring suit. She's also seen arching her back while placing her right hand on top of concrete surrounding the water, with her blonde locks down and swept to the right side concealing her face.

The mom of daughter Maxwell, 19 months and son Ace, 5 months, has been working out since giving birth to her baby boy in June. One week earlier, she shared a picture of herself while working with Weight Watchers.

Miley Cyrus Takes a Naked Shower Selfie While Preparing for MTV EMAs

Miley Cyrus is getting ready for the MTV European Music Awards (EMAs) stage in Amsterdam, but first things first! The selfie-happy star decided to share her EMA prep with her more than 15 million Twitter followers. 

"I got that shower time showerrrrr time selfiiiie. (A la lana del ray) #happyemas," she captioned the sultry pic. 

Though she's known at this point for baring literally all (see: her "Wrecking Ball" video and shocking Terry Richardson photo shoot), Cyrus, 20, kept her shower scene pretty tame, only showing off her bare shoulders and chain necklaces. To clean up, Cyrus wore her hair in buns similar to the style she sported during her now-infamous 2013 VMA performance at Brooklyn's Barclays Center back in August. 

At the VMAs, Cyrus twerked all over the stage, wore nude-colored spandex, and rubbed singer Robin Thicke with a giant foam finger. That performance, which brought the former Disney star to a higher level of fame, has made fans and critics alike more than a little curious about Sunday night's EMA Awards. 

Cyrus is already preparing, tweeting this morning, "no f***in around on game day," followed by "#EMA?zzzzzzz?."

Miranda Kerr Shows Off Flat Abs in Crop Top, Talks Being Happy After Orlando Bloom Split

Happily separated? In her first magazine cover since splitting from husband Orlando Bloom in October, Miranda Kerr shows off her amazing body and opens up about how she keeps a positive attitude in the December issue of SELF.

The 30-year-old Australian model covers the magazine wearing a blue-and-white striped crop top and matching bikini bottoms. Kerr, who is mom to 2-year-old son Flynn, flaunted her flat abs and toned legs while striking a sexy pose and flashing a gorgeous smile.

"If I'm having a challenging moment, I jump for joy. Literally. After a minute, I feel better, and after a few minutes, I'm really happy," she reveals. "Everything else just drops off. It gets me out of my head and into my body, and it makes me feel present."

"Happiness is a choice we make," Kerr adds. "You can wake up and say, 'Oh, I can't believe it's so cold,' or you can say, 'Oh, wow, this is a great opportunity for me to try out my new sweater.' No one can be consistently positive, but why not make the choice that makes you feel better rather than the one that drags you down?"

The Victoria's Secret model also shares a mantra she likes to use: "'I am a being of light and love, and I radiate that to everyone I meet.' It helps me keep things joyful."

Kerr and Bloom, 36, announced last month that they are separating after three years of marriage. "Despite this being the end of their marriage," a rep for the actor said in statement at the time, "they love, support, and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family."

While sharing her health and beauty tips with the magazine, Kerr reveals, "If you take care of yourself, you can give more to everything else."

One way she takes care of herself? Eating healthy meals. "For breakfast, I'll have either eggs with sauerkraut and avocado, or oatmeal with honey and goat's milk," she says. "For lunch, I'll have grilled fish and a salad with kale, spinach, broccoli, fennel, avocado, pine nuts and feta cheese. Dinner is lentil soup and steamed vegetables or roasted chicken."

Miranda Kerr Had "No Idea" Instagram Picture Was Photoshopped

Don't blame Miranda! Miranda Kerr "had no idea" that an altered image of herself uploaded onto Instagram earlier this week had been photoshopped.

Kerr responded to the backlash Friday evening and explained, "Hi guys, here is the original VS image! When I re-posted the photo this week to support the girls I screen grabbed it off the internet when I was working in Japan. I had no idea it was photoshopped. All good intentions- sorry for the confusion and congratulations to the girls for such a great show!"

The former Victoria's Secret Angel, 30, posted a regram of sorts on Tuesday, Nov. 12, of herself backstage at the 2012 VS Fashion Show, posing with pals Doutzen Kroes and Alessanda Ambrosio. The image was nearly identical to the one she had originally shared on Instagram in Nov. 2012 -- with the exception of several bodily adjustments. The new picture revealed a significantly slimmer Kerr, whose figure appeared to have been photoshopped with a leaner waist and more defined tummy. The supermodel's face has also been retouched for a glowing effect, while Angels Kroes and Ambrosio's faces remained the same.

Followers of Orlando Bloom's estranged wife on the photo-enhancing social media app immediately slammed the supermodel-mom for apparently retouching her famous body. One keen observer commented on Kerr's revised image, "Most photos are unfortunately photoshopped. Why can't models stand up and say enough!"

Back in April, Us Weekly broke the news that Kerr was no longer a Victoria's Secret Angel. (She confirmed the news herself shortly thereafter, saying in a statement, "I'm just not in a position to commit to a full contract at this time.") So this past Wednesday, while her former colleagues stormed the runway in NYC for the 2013 fashion show special taping, she was in Tokyo to celebrate her Elle Japan cover with Michael Kors.

Lindsay Lohan Wears Lingerie Underwear, Goes Braless In Selfie: Picture

Lindsay Lohan, is that you? The 27-year-old has been keeping a relatively low profile lately, but over the weekend the actress decided to share quite the intimate photo via Instagram on Sunday, Nov. 10. 

"Goodnight," the star wrote. Alongside the caption, Lohan posted a revealing photograph of herself, taking a picture in the mirror while dressed in white lace lingerie. The picture showed off a close-up of her lace underwear and her white tank top that nearly exposed her nipples.

Though she concealed her face, Lohan wore several bangles in the snapshot and what appears to be a necklace; she also showed off her new triangle tattoo on her left arm. The redhead star shared the new ink back in October.

"Wanted you guys to see it first," Lohan wrote on her personal blog at the time. "Feeling good and love you." She also added a diagram explaining that the tattoo symbolizes the intersection of "love, truth, [and] power."

Lohan may be big on social media these days, but she also has been spotted having fun in NYC with friends -- including fellow Disney alum Miley Cyrus. On Oct. 27, the two were seen at a Chelsea club in New York City. An eyewitness told Us Weekly LiLo stopped by the 20-year-old singer's table around 4 a.m. After chatting for a bit the two eventually left together.

Christina Aguilera Continues to Show Off Impressive Weight Loss in Sexy Little Black Dress on The Voice

She's a fighter! After harsh criticism for her weight during her first three seasons on The Voice, pop diva Christina Aguilera has slimmed down for her comeback in season 5 (after taking off season 4), and boy, is she ready to show off her trim physique. 

In the Nov. 11 live shows episode of The Voice, Xtina, 32, wore a black Versace form-fitted dress with a high neckline and leather studded details on the shoulders and around the waist. On the "Your Body" singer's website, her stylist Simone Harouche broke down the svelte look: "For tonight's chair look, we wanted to go with a sleek and edgy vibe."

The Grammy winner is known for sporting heavy makeup and bright colors, but on Monday night she rocked a more natural look.

Hoppity hop! As previously reported, to mark the 60th anniversary of Playboy, Kate Moss bares all in the men's magazine's January/February issue. And although the 39-year-old supermodel's nude pictorial isn't out just yet, the very first preview pic has been released -- and the '90s icon looks sultrier than ever!

In the photo, Moss crouches and crawls seductively as she wears the trademark bunny ears, super-skimpy leotard (with bunny tail!), silk stockings, black pumps and white cuffs on her wrists.

"It'll be a great issue," Playboy founder Hugh Hefner promised back in September. Added editorial director Jimmy Jellinek of selecting Moss: "This is a massive global brand. You need a global icon in order to celebrate that -- that was the impetus. You're talking about the face of Burberry, the biggest supermodel in the world on the cover of Playboy.
