She lights up the runway, flaunts her assets on magazine covers, and was once Leonardo DiCaprio's best accessory, but on Nov. 12 it was a doctor studying Bar Refaeli's toned body. The Israeli supermodel posted a picture  of herself on Instagram lying in a doctor's office showing a confident post-surgery look.Â
"Goodbye beauty mark," she captioned the pic, which shows a small mark on her side. Several hours later, the 28-year-old shared another photo of herself in a bikini on the beach with a bandaid covering the spot where Refaeli was operated on.

The surgery doesn't seem to be particularly serious, considering Refaeli took to Twitter to tweet, "it was a mild surgery to say the least!"
Refaeli is currently hosting The X Factor Israel, which has helped boost the show's ratings. In 2012 she made it to the top of Maxim's Hot 100 list.
From 2005 to 2011 Refaeli dated Great Gatsby star Leonardo DiCaprio, 39, in an on-again-off-again romance. The two are reportedly still friends.Â
Lately DiCaprio has been linked to German model Toni Garrn, 21, and the couple was recently spotted together at his birthday party.Â
