Ouch! Who knew a hangover could look so good? After a night of hard partying in Miami, Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi nursed her headache on the beach on Sunday, Dec. 8, wearing a skimpy, neon orange bikini.
"Ouch my hangover hurts!" wrote the reality star, 43, on Sunday via Instagram following an intense night of drinking. Lakshmi, who was in the Florida city for world-famous show Art Basel, also wrote, "What a great morning for a walk on the beach." The drop-dead gorgeous mom, who impressively dropped 45 pounds after giving birth to daughter Krishna, 3, back in 2010, flaunted her flat abs and toned legs in a blazing hot, two-piece suit.
Lakshmi shielded her eyes from the bright Miami sun behind a pair of aviator shades, and left her brunette hair down as she waded into the Atlantic. She later added a lilac-colored sarong to her outfit as she left the beach -- stripping down once more at her hotel's pool.
Despite overindulging in alcohol the previous evening, the two-time Emmy nominee admitted that she carefully regulates what she eats. The Bravo hottie told Fitness magazine in its November/December issue that she likes to follow a "clean diet: no meats, no sweets, no alcohol, no cheese, no fried food, no wheat."
While Lakshmi gave herself the night off on Saturday, she will likely make up for it as she continues hosting Bravo's competitive culinary series. "I will put in the work at the gym so I can enjoy what I eat."
